MASTERCLASS OM OFFSHORE VINDENERGI I STORBRITANNIEN

Join us when the Danish Embassy in Washington, DC, hosts a seminar in copenhagen with the US Food and Drug administration.

The FDA is responsible for implementing the US Food Safety Modernization Act (FSMA), which is the first comprehensive update of US food legislation in 70 years. Now, the FSMA is expanding the FDA's responsibilities in food safety measures, which makes the US importers legally liable for imported products.

This means new ground rules for the relationship between exporters and importers. Therefore, it is vital to understand the high demands placed on US importers to collect import-related information from Danish US exporters. This seminar gives you the opportunity to meet with a representative from the FDA and have them answer all of your questions.

Why should you attend?

  • You will have the opportunity to have a one-on-one with a representative from the FDA.
  • You will get a greater knowledge of the role of FSMA in Danish export to the US.
  • Find out if your business complies with US food legislation.
  • Networking lunch.
