The Water Technology Alliance
The Water Technology Alliance (WTA) is an outreach program providing specialized know-how on innovative water technology solutions. Our mission is to build bridges between the North American and Danish water sectors to exchange valuable knowledge and technology on both sides of the Atlantic.
For over 30 years, companies and authorities in Denmark have been working hard to develop sustainable utilities. Today, the Danish water sector is now among the most sustainable globally, with the expectancy to become energy neutral by 2030.
Due to aging infrastructure and water scarcity, the importance of revitalizing the North American water sector has never been greater. The need for a sustainable plan of action is immense, particularly finding early adopters willing to look into new water technology and solutions.
testimonials
It was a great experience visiting Denmark and seeing how the Danish water sector tackles the challenges within the industry. It's been eye-opening to see the different but impressive solutions they have. It's clear that we can learn a lot from each other, which is why I believe these events are so important for us all
