The Porcine Industry in Latin America
ATTENTION ALL DANISH COMPANIES IN THE PORCINE INDUSTRY
The Trade Council of Denmark in Latin America (TC LATAM) at the Royal Danish Embassies in Argentina, Colombia and to Peru – in collaboration with the Confederation of Danish Industry (DI), the Danish Agriculture & Food Council (DAFC) and Food Nation Denmark – are currently working on a strategic regional project to position the strongholds of the Danish porcine industry among the local porcine industries.
As part of the project, TC LATAM is developing a “LATAM Porcine Exporters' Catalogue” in Spanish, which we will shared with the local stakeholders, and TC LATAM invites you to join our “LATAM Porcine Exporters' Catalogue” free of charge.
TC LATAM is organizing another two webinars with the local porcine industries and have invited Food Nation Denmark and Danish industry experts to promote Sustainability and Green Transition, Innovative Technologies, Food Quality and Safety and Biosecurity Measures to the stakeholders of the local industries. These webinars follows a successfully developed webinar on 26 May with participation of key stakeholders from Argentina and Peru.
The next webinars will take place on September 30 and October 14. The Exporters' Catalogue will be shared with local stakeholders and webinar participants and will serve as an opportunity to present Danish technologies to the local companies and to promote and prepare for upcoming commercial activities in the three countries:
- Virtual business delegation in Peru expected for 14-15 December 2021
- Physical Shopping Line in Colombia expected for the end of January 2022.
- Physical delegation to Argentina and Chile expected for June 2022.
If interested, please find, fill out and return the attached template in Spanish or English no later than October 14, 2021 to Jane Weyers ([email protected]). TC LATAM can cover translation expenses from English to Spanish, if necessary.
A participation in the Exporters' Catalogue does not equal a registration for the upcoming the commercial activities. TC LATAM and our partner organizations will send out separate invitations to join other proposed commercial activities. However, a participation in the Exporters' Catalogue will be a good opportunity to introduce your company to interested parties in advance.
