Knowledge generates growth in israel

High-tech focus, research and innovation of world-class standard take centre stage in Tel Aviv. An ideal market for Danish companies and institutions.

In Israel, the latest research and technology is entwined with a fearless entrepreneurial culture. The country has strong research institutions and welcomes outstanding engineer and data science talents. It also provides access to more venture capital per capita than any other country in the world.

This makes Israel one of the world’s leading innovation hubs and exceptional at translating knowledge into growth. For example, Israel, second only to the USA, is the country with the most companies quoted on Nasdaq, the largest stock market in the world. It is therefore not surprising that Israel is also known as “the start-up nation”.

Through a partnership with Innovation Centre Denmark Tel Aviv, your company can share in the Israeli innovation adventure. And you will be in good company. More than 350 multinational companies, including Google, Danone, BMW and IBM, have already discovered the huge potential within research and development in Israel and have set up R&D centres around the country.

Israel is one of the countries in the world with the most start-ups, which partly stems from a very open, creative and risk-embracing business culture. Combined with the world’s largest venture capital per capita, this means good opportunities for start-up companies – including Danish firms.
