How can successful business models and partnerships formed around test, development and demonstration facilities? How is the collaboration between research and technology organisations, universities and companies organised, and how to strengthen access for SMEs?

Join our ICDK Innovation Talk and learn from the experiences of Fraunhofer IPA and the Application Center Industrie 4.0 - a leading German test and demonstration facility and European Digital Innovation Hub.

Keynote speaker 

We have invited Petra Foith-Förster, who is research group leader for “Assembly system planning and data driven optimisation” at Fraunhofer IPA in Stuttgart. Foith-Förster will share her experiences with industry on campus collaboration, including on running projects together with SME in Fraunhofer IPA’s demonstration facilities.  
 

The Application Center Industrie 4.0 is a European Digital Innovation Hub and the activities of the hub are well aligned with the German national initiatives for digitising industry, Industry 4.0, Mittelstand 4.0 and Autonomik for Industrie 4.0.

Furthermore, Peter Tommy Nielsen, Head of Department, FORCE Technology, will share experiences from the Danish project AM-Link, as well as include perspectives for further discussion during the subsequent Q&A session.
