Business Development

The U.S. offshore wind market is rapidly developing, and so is of interest to many experienced Danish companies. However, if you want to succeed in this market you need to build a local presence.

A business development partnership with the Wind Energy Advisory (WEA) will, through a dedicated WEA advisor, provide your company with the local presence and knowledge necessary to successfully develop concrete sales and project opportunities.

Your dedicated advisor will develop relations and access to the relevant decision makers at specific target companies. We will work with your company to achieve extensive and proactive sales development for your products.


Through a business development partnership, WEA will work to:

  1. Identify, initiate dialogue with, and set up meetings with decision makers at target companies.

  2. Represent your company at relevant activities such as conferences, supplier days etc.

  3. Be your “boots on the ground” developing concrete sales opportunities in close collaboration with your HQ in Denmark.

The cooperation with the Wind Energy Advisory has played a crucial role for us in relation to the creation of our strategy when entering the North American market.
